1.1 Cancellations by the Client:
If you decide to cancel our services, the following refund policy will apply:

Cancellation 120 days or more prior to the event: A full refund will be provided minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred.
Cancellation 91-119 days prior to the event: 50% of the total payment will be refunded, minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred.
Cancellation within 90 days of the event: No refund will be provided.
1.2 Cancellations by Willem Christiaan Events:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel our services due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including deposits.

2. Returns Policy:

As an event planning service, our services are not tangible products. Therefore, returns do not apply to our offerings. However, if you have any concerns about the quality or execution of our services, please reach out to us directly. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and effectively to ensure your satisfaction.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits:

For certain services or packages, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit covers administrative and planning expenses and is deducted from the total payment. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit will not be refunded.

4. How to Initiate a Refund or Express Concerns:

To initiate a refund or express concerns regarding our services, please follow these steps:

Provide your booking details, including the event date, name, and contact information.
Clearly explain the reason for your request or concern.
Our team will review your request and respond to you in a timely manner. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the processing of refunds.

Willem Christiaan Events reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
